To place an order, you may purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of your account at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, prices, or other content on the site are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. In the case of a manifest error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock information but cannot guarantee immediate availability of all items.

Product specifications (dimensions, thickness, materials) may vary slightly from what is stated due to the manufacturing process.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes. Federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/QST) will be calculated based on your delivery province and added at checkout.

We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are final, even if the price is subsequently changed.

Promotional codes may be available and must be applied at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined and are subject to availability and specific conditions.

Free shipping is available for all orders delivered within Canada (provinces only), except for Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, where we currently do not ship.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after order confirmation, depending on your province and stock availability.

Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will take full responsibility and reship the order at no cost. However, if tracking confirms delivery to your stated address, our responsibility for the shipment ends at the point of delivery.

You are responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions: the product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and its packaging. After review by our team, we will offer, at our discretion, a full refund, a partial refund, or a free replacement.

1-Year Warranty: All our products are covered by a one-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Our total liability arising from any order shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid for the products in question.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
