How do I create an account?
Click on Sign in at the top of the page, then select Register. Fill in your email address, choose a password, and provide your name and contact details. Your account allows you to view order history and manage your personal information.
What personal information do I need to provide?
To place an order, you will need to provide your full name, email address, shipping address (including city, province, and postal code), and phone number. This information is used solely for order processing and delivery.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@hokodrain.ca.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Your personal information is stored securely and used only for order processing and customer service. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the dimensions?
Both models are 19 ⅜" x 25 ⅜" | 49.2 cm x 64.5 cm with a 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) thickness.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer 100% free shipping across Canada, except for the territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) where we currently do not ship.
How long does delivery take?
Typical shipping times are 3–7 business days across Canada depending on your province.
The tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property first — carriers sometimes leave packages at side doors, backyards, or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours at info@hokodrain.ca with your order number and photos of your doorstep/delivery location. Please note: If the tracking confirms delivery to your address, our responsibility for the shipment ends at the point of delivery.
My package was lost during shipping (before delivery).
If your package is lost in transit before it reaches your address, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us at info@hokodrain.ca within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will reship the order at no additional cost to you.
My product arrived damaged.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@hokodrain.ca within 48 hours of receiving it. Required: Send us clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. After our team reviews and verifies the damage, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
• A full refund
• A partial refund reflecting the damage
• A free replacement shipment
We will work with you to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Vehicle Load Capacity
Yes, our aluminum drain covers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles driving over them. The 6061-T6 aluminum construction provides excellent load-bearing capacity. Under normal residential and light commercial use — including cars, SUVs, and light trucks driving at low speeds — the drain cover will not crack, bend, or deform. For heavy-duty industrial or commercial traffic, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Return Policy
To request a return, please contact us at info@hokodrain.ca within 60 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back to our designated address at the customer's expense. Once we confirm the product is undamaged, we will issue a full refund. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Terms & Conditions for Promotions
